We launched our first product, UXfolio, in 2018 to help UX designers build meaningful online portfolios. It’s currently used by more than 200 thousand people across 142 countries. Following the success of UXfolio, we’ve started two other SaaS tools, this time for marketers.
Copyfolio is also a portfolio builder tool for marketing professionals, with the goal to help marketers build their own personal brands. Ranking Raccoon is a small link building community platform built to solve the most mundane task on many marketers’ to-do lists, building strong backlinks for SEO.
We are looking for our next Product Lead, who will be responsible for the Copyfolio and the Ranking Raccoon products, including the two small cross-functional teams behind them.
The two teams are made up of 9 awesome people (2 designers, 4 developers and 3 marketers), and your task will be to oversee their whole operation and ensure our products are going in the right direction and growing quickly.
We strive to build empowered product teams, where each team member has the necessary context to participate in important discussions and each team has an outcome-based objective and the autonomy to try whatever is needed to achieve their objectives.
We’ll ask you to answer a few questions and submit your portfolio and CV or LinkedIn profile. After evaluating your materials we’ll get in touch with feedback.
“Hi, my name is Bia, and I’ll be in touch with you through the whole recruitment process. If you proceed to the next step, I’ll share some interesting and useful info about us. Good luck!”
You’ll have a short informal chat with Bia, and talk about your background. She’ll tell you more about UX studio, and you’ll also have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
We’ll ask you to work on a product lead challenge. You’ll have one week to work on it. This task is solely for the purpose of measuring your skillset, and we always give feedback on your work.
We evaluate the challenges and competency assessments and invite the most successful applicants to a final interview, where you’ll have a chat with the CEO and product lead who evaluated your challenge.
